Invoices are created and sent on the 1st and 15th of each month. Based upon the initial date of service, after the 'free trial' period, your organization will receive a monthly invoice. In general, if your service began between the 1st and 15th, your invoice will be issued on the 15th. If your service commenced sometime between the 15th and the end of the month, your invoice will be issued on the 1st.

Terms: Net 10 from date of invoice.

Change of Invoice Method: Must be changed 5 working days prior to billing date.

Invoice Types: Mail, email, fax.

Method of Payment: Company Check.
